Encryption in transit and at rest
All platform data — resumes, interview recordings, transcripts, and assessment responses — is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest on Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
GDPR-aligned data handling
Personal data is collected only for legitimate, disclosed purposes, retained only as long as needed, and accessible only to authorized personnel. See our Privacy Policy for the full data-handling commitments.
SOC 2 Type II — audit in progress
JustInterview.ai is pursuing SOC 2 Type II certification as usage scales. Enterprise customers with a security review requirement can contact us for current audit status and available documentation.
Enterprise SLA & dedicated support
Enterprise plans include an uptime commitment backed by a named account manager for incident response, rollout, and ongoing configuration — not a shared support queue.
Data protection
All platform data — including resumes, AI interview recordings and transcripts, and Vibe AI assessment responses — is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest on Microsoft Azure. Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, and personal data is never shared with third parties without proper authorization.
GDPR
JustInterview.ai handles personal data in line with GDPR principles — collected for legitimate, disclosed purposes, limited to what's necessary, kept accurate and retained only as long as required. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
SOC 2
JustInterview.ai is pursuing SOC 2 Type II certification. If a completed audit report is a requirement for your vendor security review, contact us directly for current status and a timeline — we're happy to work through your questionnaire in the meantime.

How does JustInterview.ai handle candidate interview recordings and transcripts?
Interview recordings, transcripts, and assessment responses are treated as personal data under our Privacy Policy — encrypted at rest and in transit, retained only as long as needed for the hiring process, and processed by a limited set of subprocessors, primarily for AI evaluation.
Can we get a security questionnaire or vendor review completed?
Yes. Contact us at support@justinterview.ai with your security questionnaire or vendor review request, and we'll provide subprocessor details, current compliance status, and documentation needed for your review.
What happens to our data if we cancel our subscription?
Your data remains accessible for a limited window after cancellation so you can export what you need, rather than being deleted immediately. A Data Export add-on is available for a packaged export of candidate data, performance reports, and analytics. After the retention window closes, data is deleted in line with the terms in our Privacy Policy. Contact support before cancelling if your team has a specific export deadline or format requirement.
