Subprocessors
To operate JustInterview.ai, we work with a limited number of third-party service providers who may process personal data on our behalf (“subprocessors”). This page lists the subprocessors used to run our core platform and marketing site. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data more broadly.
Stripe, Inc.
Purpose: Payment processing and subscription billing for recruiter plans.
Data processed: Billing contact details and payment information. Stripe processes payment card data directly; JustInterview.ai does not store full card numbers.
Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service
Purpose: Powers AI-driven resume scoring, interview evaluation, and candidate feedback generation.
Data processed: Resume content, interview transcripts, and assessment responses submitted for evaluation.
Microsoft Azure App Service
Purpose: Hosting and infrastructure for our platform and marketing site.
Data processed: All platform data, encrypted in transit and at rest.
Calendly
Purpose: Scheduling widget embedded on our Book a Demo page.
Data processed: Name, email address, and selected time slot for demo bookings.
A Note on This List
This list reflects the subprocessors we have identified as of the date this page was last updated. It may not be fully exhaustive of every vendor used across all JustInterview.ai services. If you need a complete list as part of a vendor security review or data processing agreement, contact us directly.
Changes to This List
We may add, remove, or change subprocessors as our tooling evolves. We will update this page when that happens. Please check back periodically for the current list.
